CourtCare combines the annual technical inspection with documented reporting, operator training and priority access to our technicians through the year.

What's included
The annual service covers the structure, glass, turf and court equipment, and closes with a written condition report.
Steel frame, fixings and access points checked for condition and movement.
Panel condition, alignment and fixings, including manufacturer torque checks where applicable.
Surface wear, sand behaviour and early signs that deeper maintenance is needed.
Net, posts, drainage, lighting and anything that affects safe play.
A documented record of the visit, issued after every annual service.
Annual reporting
After each annual service we issue a digital report with photographs, measurements, maintenance completed, defects and recommendations — rated green, amber or red.
Green
Satisfactory at the time of inspection.
Amber
Deterioration or an issue requiring monitoring or planned remedial work.
Red
Potentially significant issue requiring prompt action or specialist assessment.
Reports document condition at the time of inspection. They are not statutory safety certificates.
Pricing
Both annual packages cover one venue, up to two courts, one planned annual service visit and ongoing support through the contract year. The annual fee is payable in advance.
CourtCare Preferred

+ VAT per venue per year
Available where CourtCare is purchased alongside a new court supplied by Build & Padel. Add CourtCare when your court is installed and secure our preferred ongoing service rate.
The preferred basis continues while annual cover is uninterrupted, subject to normal future annual price review.
Standard CourtCare Rate
£2,100
+ VAT per venue per year
Applies where CourtCare is added after installation, where previous cover has lapsed, or where the court was supplied by another manufacturer or installer.
Third-party courts are subject to an initial condition assessment.
