Does CourtCare include parts?+
No. Parts, consumables and replacement materials are separately chargeable.
Does it include sand?+
No. Sand used is charged separately.
Does it include travel?+
A standard level of travel is included. Extended travel and associated expenses may be additional.
What if an overnight stay is needed?+
Accommodation and reasonable expenses are charged separately.
How many courts are included?+
Up to two courts at one venue.
What if we have more than two courts?+
Build & Padel will provide a supplementary price based on court numbers and engineer requirements.
Does CourtCare guarantee my manufacturer's warranty?+
No. Where Build & Padel supplied the court, CourtCare can be aligned to the manufacturer's applicable maintenance requirements and provides a documented maintenance record, but individual warranty conditions remain subject to the manufacturer's terms.
Can you maintain courts you didn't install?+
Yes, subject to an initial assessment.
Are repairs included?+
Minor adjustments within the planned service may be completed where appropriate. Replacement parts, consumables and substantive repairs are additional.
How often do you visit?+
The standard package includes one planned annual specialist service visit. Venue staff are also trained in routine weekly and monthly maintenance.
What happens if something breaks during the year?+
CourtCare customers receive priority access to reactive support at contracted CourtCare labour rates.
