Pricing
Both routes cover one venue, up to two courts and one planned annual service visit. The annual fee is payable in advance and prices exclude VAT.
Preferred
£1,500
+ VAT per venue per year
Taken with a new Build & Padel court. Add CourtCare when your court is installed and secure our preferred ongoing service rate.
The preferred-rate basis continues while you maintain uninterrupted annual cover, subject to normal future annual price review.
Standard
£2,100
+ VAT per venue per year
Taken later, where previous cover has lapsed, or for suitable third-party courts. Third-party courts are subject to an initial assessment.
This is the Standard CourtCare Rate — 40% above the preferred starting rate.
The annual fee covers the agreed CourtCare service. Replacement components, consumables and materials are additional.
Where practical you can set a pre-authorised spending limit for minor parts and consumables — for example up to £100, £250 or £500 without further approval. Anything more substantial is quoted separately.
Labour, travel and additional courts
£100 + VAT
Additional technician time, per technician hour. Travel time outside the included allowance is chargeable technician time.
£800 + VAT
Additional technician day, based on approximately eight productive working hours.
Additional courts
Priced separately according to court numbers and required technician time. Up to two courts at one venue are included.
Travel
Standard travel is included. Extended UK travel may attract an additional supplement, confirmed before the annual contract begins.
Technicians are based in Cheshire and CourtCare operates UK-wide. Where a venue falls outside the included travel area, additional expenses may include technician travel time, mileage and vehicle costs, accommodation, parking, tolls, ferries and reasonable subsistence. Where an overnight stay is reasonably required, accommodation and relevant expenses are charged separately. Where two technicians travel together, the vehicle cost is charged once and both technicians' travel time is chargeable.
Planning assumption
One technician would normally service up to two standard courts in a working day, subject to travel and court condition. For larger venues we may send additional technicians, extend the work over multiple days, or both.
Build & Padel decides the appropriate crew based on court numbers, location, travel, court condition, access, safety and efficiency. This is an operational planning assumption rather than a contractual guarantee.
